Requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and in good physical health.

All candidates are required to be free from any medical conditions or disabilities that could interfere with safe participation in training.

A self-declared statement of fitness must be completed prior to the course.

A working knowledge of English is essential. Participants must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English to follow course materials and instructions safely and effectively.
